Returns or Exchanges
You can return or exchange any unworn or defective merchandise within thirty (30) days of the order ship date. To be eligible for a return or exchange you must contact Fabulous People, LLC at firstname.lastname@example.org and obtain a Return Authorization Number (“RA Number”). All returns and exchanges will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please do not send orders back to Fabulous People, LLC until you have received an RA Number from us.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that returned items were received. We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return or exchange for it to be processed. If you've requested an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your new order if it is shipping to the US.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
